Made from only the finest cuts of beef and pork or turkey and high quality spices, our products are smoked using natural hardwood. We do not use any fillers, artificial colours or artificial flavours.
All of our products are completely free of common allergen sources - peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, wheat, eggs, milk, soy, seafood (crustaceans, shellfish, fish) and mustard. To underscore Heidelberg Food's commitment to the health and safety of our customers, our plant is a federally registered, CFIA regulated facility thus requiring higher standards of food safety than provincially regulated facilities. We have also attained BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issue 7 certification, the highest global standard for food safety.
